Build Better with Wood Conference

September 14th - 14th

This one day conference looks at timber and the wide array of benefits it brings to the UK construction industry.

About this event

Change is set to come to the UK, as timber is rising to become the material of choice for our built environment.

From the environmentally conscious designer to the multibillion-pound developer out to satisfy their ESG requirements, and the UK Government, who launched a Timber in Construction Working Group post-COP 26 to see how the UK can safely scale up the use of timber in our built environment, all eyes are now on timber.

The ‘Build Better with Wood Conference’ in Bristol is an opportunity to connect with the 'doers and thinkers' in the world of timber and is open to all interested in this pragmatic solution to the climate challenge. During the day you will hear from a range of policymakers, developers, architects and insurers.

Thanks to the generous support of Swedish Wood, this event has been made completely free to attend. With just 200 places available, we recommend booking now.
